Can Prebiotic Probiotic give me my needed servings of fiber on a daily basis?

Prebiotic Probiotic is not a good source of fiber. The recommended serving for fiber per day is 25g for an adult. Our product only contains 250mg of chicory inulin as a fiber to feed the probiotic as it works through your system.
